FAQs

Why choose a mobile notary instead of going to a bank or office?
We notarize a wide range of documents, including real estate paperwork, powers of attorney, affidavits, and business documents. If you're unsure whether your document can be notarized, feel free to reach out.

How does online notarization work?
Online notarizations are completed through a secure BlueNotary video session. After requesting an appointment, you'll receive a meeting link and instructions to complete your notarization remotely.

What is the role of the notary?

  • Confirming identity using a valid government-issued ID

  • Ensuring signers understand what they are signing and willing to sign without coercion

  • Witnessing signatures and completing the notarization

Should I sign my documents before the appointment?
No. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary to be valid.

Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. All individuals whose signatures need to be notarized must be present at the time of the appointment.

What areas do you serve?
Remote Online Notarization services can be done from anywhere. For mobile notarization services, we serve Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth, Douglas, Jefferson, and Shawnee counties.

Do you offer same-day mobile notary appointments?

Yes. Same-day appointments are often available. We understand many notarizations are time-sensitive and will do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

Are you available on evenings and weekends?

Absolutely. We offer evening and weekend appointments to fit your schedule. Whether you need a notary after work or on the weekend, we aim to be available when it's most convenient for you.

Can you come to my location?

Yes. Our mobile notary service is designed for convenience--we travel to your home, office, or another agreed-upon location, including hospitals, care facilities, and workplaces.

What kind of identification do I need?

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. This may include a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
